It is the customer’s responsibility to check the enrollment and ensure that the particulars contained are correct.

The customer or client shall pay Redefine and Thrive, LLC either in full to confirm a booking, or an agreed upon payment plan, due for each person in the enrollment.

If payment of either the deposit or the balance is not received by the due date, Redefine and Thrive, LLC reserves the right to cancel the enrollment and retain the pro-rated payment for the time of the course in which the customer participated.

There are no refunds in the event of a cancellation by the customer.

Due to situations beyond our control, Redefine and Thrive, LLC reserves the right to change bookings and shall inform the customer as soon as possible. 

Redefine and Thrive, LLC reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.

The customer shall agree to keep information shared amongst community members as confidential to protect others’ privacy.

Redefine and Thrive, LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate use of the any property or any of its facilities by the customer in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions. 

The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Redefine and Thrive, LLC. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she is medically and physically fit and able to participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice if practicing yogic, tantric, or any other physical exercises. Redefine and Thrive, LLC is not liable for any injuries to the customer in his/her participation in activities. A customer must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain or sickness and inform the guide of any previous injuries.

Materials (PDF downloads + guides, video demonstrations, informational videos, etc.) provided by Redefine and Thrive, LLC shall not be distributed beyond personal use.
