Push & Pull

Updated: Oct 30, 2019

Be careful

don't hold back

Look

don't touch

Grab

not too hard

Caress

not there

Kiss

firmly

Stroke

lightly

Please me

fully

Save some

for later

Respond

when I say so

Stop

talking

Surprise me

often

Put it on

the calendar

Tell me

i'm beautiful

Love me

when I'm ready

We have put up shells to defend against being hurt. Once rejected or seen our parents taken advantage of, shells are built around the heart to avoid the potential pain.

We wear shells of being an independent superwoman, not needing anyone else.. pushing us to harden and distract ourselves away from our true desires, instead operating in the goal-driven, productivity-obsessed culture, emphasizing masculine energy.

Instead of makeup and new clothes as an adornment of our already beautiful selves, these too have been use as shells to compromise lack of worthiness we feel inside.

This confusion results in confusion of our desires. It's confusing both to us and to our lovers.

When the shells have been cracked open, she is ready to fully surrender, to open the heart to be claimed, loved, and embraced for her full body and soul. Once the armor is taken off, her true desires will no longer be confusing and sacred union between lovers illuminates universal divinity.
